Luxor Launches First Antminer Firmware Made In The U.S.

Bitcoin mining firm Luxor Technologies has launched an Antminer-compatible firmware designed to maximize miner effectivity.

Luxor Technologies, a Bitcoin mining software program and providers firm, has launched LuxOS, the primary third-party Antminer-compatible firmware totally designed and engineered within the United States.

The press launch despatched to Bitcoin Magazine describes firmware as “a type of software that is designed to provide specific operating instructions to computing hardware. For Bitcoin miners, firmware allows them to adjust the performance of the ASIC chips in their Bitcoin mining rigs to optimize for higher hash rate and improved power efficiency.”

According to the press launch, LuxOS is accessible now for the Bitmain Antminer S19 sequence and S9 sequence Bitcoin miners.
